IVR. This new phone-based self service solution will
assist citizens in Cook County in accessing information,
performing transactions around-the-clock and routing
calls to the proper person during office hours. Doing
business with the County is now easier than ever.
The
County has brought service departments onto this automated
phone system, which leads users through a series of
static menus to find information that they need and
is available in multiple languages. This system is linked
directly to county databases, so it is able to provide
specific personalized, real-time information at your
fingertips 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a
year.
