Your Committee on Finance of the Board of Commissioners of Cook County met pursuant to notice on Wednesday, February 27, 2008 at the hour of 9:10 A.M. in the Board Room, Room 569, County Building, 118 North Clark Street, Chicago, Illinois.

Your Committee has considered the following item and upon adoption of this report, the recommendation is as follows:

RESOLUTION DECLARING THE INTENT TO ISSUE SALES TAX ANTICIPATION NOTES OF THE COUNTY OF COOK, ILLINOIS (PROPOSED RESOLUTION). Submitting a Proposed Resolution sponsored by Todd H. Stroger, President, Cook County Board of Commissioners. The following is a synopsis of the Proposed Resolution: PROPOSED RESOLUTION RESOLUTION DECLARING THE INTENT TO ISSUE SALES TAX ANTICIPATION NOTES OF THE COUNTY OF COOK, ILLINOIS NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Commissioners of the County of Cook, Illinois, as follows: ARTICLE I. Effective Date. * Referred to the Committee on Finance on 2/20/08. * Withdrawn from consideration at the Finance Committee Meeting on 2/25/08.

Commissioner Murphy requested that Communication Number 292312 be withdrawn from consideration.

Commissioner Silvestri, seconded by Commissioner Peraica, moved to adjourn the meeting. The motion carried and the meeting was adjourned.
