ALLIANCE ONE, INC. (PROPOSED CONTRACT ADDENDUM).  Transmitting a Communication from Dorothy Brown, Clerk of the Circuit Court:

 

requesting authorization for the Purchasing Agent to extend for two (2) years, Contract No. 06-41-585 with ALLIANCE ONE, INC., Exton, Pennsylvania, to perform accounts receivable collection services for delinquent Sheriff’s Parking, Child Support, and Civil fines and fees due and owing the Clerk of the Circuit Court’s Office.

 

 

 

 

Reason:    This extension is needed to maximize our 2008 revenue for the next two (2) years, and to allow time to prepare a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for a new contract.  The expiration date of the current contract is July 31, 2008.

 

Estimated Fiscal Impact:  None.  Revenue generating estimate:  $2,000,000.00 annually.  Contract extension:  August 1, 2008 through July 31, 2010.
