high incidence of lawyers not going to deed, and that this is highly problematic.
Commissioner Murphy inquired what

Chairman Sims stated that she and personnel
at the Department of Planning and Development are working on these issues,
especially as concerns municipalities that do not follow through on their
responsibilities.
At the request of Commissioner
Peraica, Chairman Sims granted leave for Mr. Rodney C. Slutzky, Attorney at
Law, Slutzky & Blumenthal, to speak.
Mr. Slutzky offered the following
clarification: Once a deed is acquired
by a new owner, the only enforcement option available to
Commissioner Moreno moved to adjourn the meeting, seconded by
