Stanley A. Molis, Director, transmitting a Communication, dated requesting authorization for the Cook County Board of
Commissioners to reconsider and approve as amended the following item, which
was previously approved at the June 5, 2007 Board Meeting (Agenda #52), to
amend the estimated fiscal impact. The stricken and underscored language indicates the
amendment. requesting authorization for the Purchasing Agent to renew
Contract No. 93-22-885 with SAS
INSTITUTE, INC., Reason: This software is vital to the continued
operation of the computer software systems for the offices of the Chief Judge
and the Assessor. Estimated Fiscal Impact:
Approval of this item would commit Fiscal Year 2007 and
