Your Committee on Roads and Bridges,
having had under consideration the matters hereinafter mentioned, respectfully
reports and recommends as follows:

from Rupert Graham, Jr. P.E., the Acting Superintendent of County Department of
Highways, recommending for approval of the change in plans and extra work involved
in the construction of certain highway improvements as described:

Your Committee has considered the
following item and upon adoption of this report, the recommendation is as follows:

Your Committee has considered the bids submitted on the
items hereinafter described in accordance with the specifications prepared by
the Acting Superintendent of the County Department of Highways.
Your Committee has considered the communications from the Acting
Superintendent of the County Department of Highways, submitting recommendations
on the award of contracts for said items, and recommends that the contracts be

Vice Chairman Gorman, seconded by Commissioner Quigley moved to concur
with the recommendations in awarding Contracts No. 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6. The motion carried unanimously.
