Ladies and Gentlemen:
Your Committee on Roads and Bridges,
having had under consideration the matters hereinafter mentioned, respectfully
reports and recommends as follows:

in accordance with the specifications prepared by the

deposit checks are ordered returned to the unsuccessful bidders at once and to
the successful bidders upon the signing of the contracts.
Commissioner Gorman, seconded by Commissioner Murphy,
moved to concur with the recommendation in awarding the contracts. The motion carried unanimously.

Committee has considered the following items and upon adoption of this report,
the recommendations are as follows:

Commissioner Gorman,
seconded by Commissioner Murphy, moved to concur with the recommendation to rebid and readvertised the above
contracts. The motion carried
unanimously.
Commissioner Beavers, seconded by Commissioner Claypool, moved to
adjourn. The motion carried and the meeting was adjourned.
