Commissioner Murphy, seconded by Commissioner Peraica, moved the Approval of the change in plans and extra work described in Communication Nos. 298606, 298607, 298608, 298609, 298610, 298611, 298612, 298613, 298614 and 298615.  The motion carried.

 

Commissioners Claypool, Quigley and Suffredin voted No on the change in plans and extra work described in Communication Nos. 298006, 298607, 298608, 298609, 298610, 298611, 298612, 298613, 298614 and 298615.  The motion carried.

 

Section 2

 

Your Committee has considered the following item and upon adoption of this report, the recommendation is as follows:

COUNTY HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT, by Rupert F. Graham, Jr., P.E., Superintendent of Highways, submitting the Bureau of Construction's Progress Report for the month ending December 31, 2008.

 

Commissioner Murphy, seconded by Commissioner Peraica moved to Receive and File Communication No. 298616.  The motion carried.

 

Commissioners Claypool, Quigley and Suffredin voted No on the Bureau of Construction's Progress Report described in Communication No. 298616. The motion carried.

 

 

Commissioner Maldonado moved to adjourn, seconded by Commissioner Sims. The motion carried and the meeting was adjourned.
