Chairman Moreno requested that the record reflect the
accurate day of the week that meetings were held for Communication Numbers
285657 and 285658, which were Wednesday and Thursday, respectively.
Commissioner Daley,
seconded by Commissioner Silvestri, moved to approve the proposed amendments to
Communication Numbers 284766, 285069, 285070, 285172, 285656, 285657 and 285658
as presented in the memorandum dated August 31, 2007 from the Clerk of the
Board. The motion carried.
Commissioner Daley,
seconded by Commissioner Silvestri, moved the approval of Communication Numbers
284766, 285069, 285070, 285172, 285656, 285657 and 285658, as amended. The
motion carried.
Chairman Moreno asked the Secretary to the Board to call
upon the registered public speakers, in accordance with Cook County Code, Sec.
2-108(dd):

Commissioner Schneider, seconded by
Commissioner Silvestri, moved to adjourn the meeting. The
motion carried and the meeting was adjourned.
