Ladies and Gentlemen:

 

        Your Committee on Rules and Administration of the Board of Commissioners of Cook County met pursuant to notice on Wednesday, October 3, 2007 at the hour of 1:00 P.M. in the Board Room, Room 569, County Building, 118 North Clark Street, Chicago, Illinois.

 

        Your Committee has considered the following items and upon adoption of this report, the recommendations are as follows:

 

Chairman Moreno was unable to attend the meeting due to an unavoidable scheduling conflict, so Vice Chairman Gorman assumed the Chair in his absence.

Commissioner Daley, seconded by Commissioner Silvestri, moved to approve the proposed amendments to Communication Numbers 285938, 286254 and 286255 as presented in the memorandum dated September 28, 2007 from the Assistant Deputy Clerk of the Board.  The motion carried.

 

Commissioner Daley, seconded by Commissioner Silvestri, moved the approval of Communication Numbers 285938, 286254 and 286255, as amended. The motion carried.

 

Commissioner Silvestri, seconded by Commissioner Daley, moved to adjourn the meeting.  The motion carried and the meeting was adjourned.
